Aerobatics is a sport which is practised on planes or sailplanes. The pilot must carry out figures which are codified and noted by judges, a little as in figure skating. They result in abrupt changes of trajectories of the plane, which produce strong accelerations (" G ") that the pilot and the plane must support. The pilot must thus have a good physical form and the planes are designed to resist these constraints.
